I´ve recieved my returns from the Graphic novel/comic book swap:



And I painted a card this morning, for trade, if anyone´s interested:

I had to join this swap - we got to paint the deepest, darkest corners of our mind, which is perfect - I have a lot of those!

I´ve got my returns from the Pointy hats and crowns swap, the yellow bird card was one of my favourites, so I was happy to get that one:



I got rockstarsgirls cards for my Alternative Alice swap, so all of tha cards have arrived, and I also sent them out today.



These are the cards I kept for my returns, I chose cards from the artists that didn´t send me an extra hostess card:



I´ve posted a tread for my new swap, Wonderland Tarot, and it will be approved when the Alternative Alice´s are beginning to reach their recipients. Yay!

I have a card for trade:



It was meant for the VIctorian Villain swap, but I didn´t find it villanous enough, so I made another card (Mrs. Lovett and one of her meat pies) instead, and will trade this instead.

I got Mandy´s Alternative Alice cards yesterday:

 

Only one set left, and they will be sent out! I hope they will arrive tomorrow!

Today I got some cards for myself also, the returns from the Let them have wings III:

For the last year or two, I´ve been collectiong fabric for a quilt, and yesterday, I finally had enough squares! I layed them out on the floor, trying to get the similar colours not to touch, and trying to keep the cats on a distance. And then I sewed... And ironed... (I still have some ironing to do) It´s bigger than I thought it would be, but I want it a little longer, so I´m trying to squeeze out some more squares from the fabric I have left.

 

Also, a really good (and good-looking!) way to store trims and ribbons:

I got my returns from the Carousel of Dreams swap yesterday, and I think it´s the best swap returns I´ve ever recieved! I hoped for cards from Chronata and Ravenswood, I didn´t get from Chronata, but I got from Ravenswood, and the other two was just as great. Woo-hoo!

Yesterday I got nowzem´s contribution to my Alice swap - only another week left, until I´m sending out the returns!

After waiting for over 3 weeks, Vicki´s cards for my Alternative Alice swap finally arrived:

I finished my Victorian villains cards this morning, I had a har time coming up with the last two, and I´m not as happy with them as I am with the first two, Dracula and Jack the Ripper. But I won´t host this swap for a few months, so I still have time to re-make them.



ETA: One of the cards have been re-made - I did Mrs. Lovett instead of Dorian Gray. What can I say - I saw Sweeney Todd and got inspired...
